Description

The Coldwell Banker application was a CMS. The CMS allowed managing of a complex and large site that included scores of companies and offices as well as a corporate level. What's more, each user's experience was catered to their respective place in the chain.

The intranet prevented company-wide spamming with an invitation/acceptance methodology message center. It also include a vast document center and news article section. Company events as well as employee tools, such as training programs and leave forms, were managed in the intranet as well.

Role

I lead the development of a five person team and maintained regular communication with other divisions. My collaboration with the clients, technical manager, software engineer, project manager, design team, and user experience team were key to a successful implementation.

Description

The blog was a plugin for the Axiom CMS. The blog was later modified and utilized in AARP's divided we fail. The Blog had comprehensive administration screens with moderation, filtering, and more.

Much of the blog follows web 2.0 methodologies utilizing ajax, whereby it behaves like an application. For example, users can modify, delete, and add multiple posts without represhing the screen and view the results.

Role

I lead the development of a small team. My job included training a new employee and an intern to write regex, ajax, semantic xhtml, and cross-browser table-less css. Furthermore, I taught them to use the charles proxy for debugging, querying the database using lucene, and more.

Description

K12 is the largest national k-12 virtual school provider. The site is a CMS built utilizing a proprietary CMS that resembles helma.

Role

I was a development resource, implementing the main navigation that included an accordion effect.

Description

StudyBuddy was a new resource for k-12 students. It was an ambitious addition to AOL's Research and Learn portal. StudyBuddy included backpacks for saving and sharing information, interactive quizzes, and much more.

Role

I was a primary contributor to the xhtml and css. The table-less, large cross browser compatible static build was integrated with tcl, big bowl, c#, asp, and xslt. I helped in that integration.

I helped with performance testing by developing python scripts to test various response times.

Description

The project produced an improved AOL yellow pages with better graphics and user interface. Numerous static pages were updated to maintain SEO. All of this was integrated on AOL Server using TCL.

I helped develop xhtml, css, and javascript. I also helped with the tcl integration and SEO maintenance.

Description

This big bowl project improved the templates for the popular entertainment resource, TMZ. The project entailed xhtml, css, and javascript development integrated into the big bowl cms.

I lead the development of the xhmtl and css. In addition, I trained a new employee on front end development via the TMZ project.
